Services

True to its name (“Inkonjane” in isiZulu means “swallow”) Inkonjane’s main objective is to build respectable housing units especially to those who cannot afford to build for themselves, thus restoring their human dignity. In this effort, Inkonjane partners with municipalities and provincial government departments who have a mandate to provide affordable and low income housing units.

To this end, Inkonjane may be contracted via turnkey contracts or in very rare situations on project management basis. Because of Inkonjane’s in-house capacity to manage multi-disciplinary teams, Inkonjane prefers turnkey appointments.
